
Alessandro Del Bianco is director, actor, teacher, cinema coach and playwright.
He got his training at the realist school with John Strasberg, Jerzy Sthur (Varsaw Academy, Stanislavskij's system) with Renzo Casali (William Layton actor studio-actor's training, Carolingian university of Prague- direction) with Richard Gordon (Elia Kazan).
He got his corporeal training with Yves Lebreton and under Eduardo de La Cuadra's method (Jerzy Grotovsky). He studies mejercholdian biomechanics with Stephan Schulberg (Living Theatre). He attends a work-session with Jerzy Grotovsky at Workcenter in Pontedera.
He acquires a psychological training and training as groups leader by attending expressive therapiesworkshops with moreover Paul Kneil, Elizabeth Gordon McKim, Ellen Goldman, Gianluca Caldana.
Since 1989 he has directed first a body-language workshop, then the actors school which he founds at the age of only 25. At the same time he leads a drama company, (Seme di Marzo, lately named Teatro Cinque) which has become Centro Studio Attori since 1995.
In 1994 he has an important didactic meeting with Alexandr Grebenkin (Jershof's Method- Moscow) which he brings to Italy, in order to create a co-direction for an intense workshop. He collaborates several times with Philip Brehse (already actor at Living Theatre and at Alchemical theatre) who pushes Alessandro Del Bianco to start teaching.
In 2005 he brings to Milan John Strasberg, after having been absent for 16 years.
Since 1991 he has been working as acting coach to prepare actors
for roles and cinematographic productions.
Moreover he structures an important methodological research to applicate
realist school principles in a pedagogic ambit.
Realist school is systemitized in "Game Method" which is the basis
for drama operators who train at Teatro Cinque School and for teachers,
during the refresher courses led by Alessandro Del Bianco.
